Nature-adventure summer day camp at Great Salt Bay Farm
Camp Mummichog summer day camp offers hands-on natural science education for children ages five through nineteen in a fun, supportive environment.
Taking a multidisciplinary approach to nature education, camp sessions incorporate physical activities, games, art, writing, music, field trips, and more.
Offered from the third week of June through the third week of August, camp sessions range in duration from three days to two weeks. Each week focuses on a different theme and is geared toward a specific age group. There is also a counselor-in-Training program for youth ages 12 and over.
As of June 4, there are still one or more spaces available in the following sessions:
- Wonders of Wildlife (Ages 5-8, June 18-22)
- Songs of the Earth Session 2 – Four-day session (Ages 9-12, July 9-12)
- Canoe Trip on the Damariscotta (Ages 12-15, July 9-13)
- Nature’s Engineers (Ages 9-12, July 9-13)
- River Beats – 2-week session (Ages 9-14, July 23-August 3)
- Ocean Adventures (Ages 9-12, August 6-10)
- Insect-Mania (Ages 6-9, August 13-17)
How to Register
Registration for day camps must be done online through CampDoc, our secure camp registration service. If you have registration questions, contact the CampDoc Help Desk at 734-636-1000, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST or email@example.com.
Once you create an account with CampDoc you will need to create a profile for each participant, register, pay, and then complete your child’s Health Profile. If you have already created an account through CampDoc, you will be asked to confirm the information you entered previously.
Limited Scholarships are available and you can apply when you register.
